- We cannot see the graphics when we logged into testGEAR®.
Make sure firewall, filtering software and anti-virus software are configured to allow access to the "testu.com" and "bridges.com" domains. Also, ensure that Macromedia Flash is installed.
- Students are trying to enter their testGEAR Username and Password, and it doesn't seem to accept their information. They don't get any error messages at all either. Why is this happening?
Ensure that javascript and session cookies are enabled on the browser.
- I know my students have worked in the testGEAR courses today, but when I am in my TestSCOPE reporting tools, my reports are not being updated.
Actually, this is not a technical issue, as the TestSCOPE reports get updated only on a weekly basis. Some information gets populated instantly to the TestSCOPE reports (such as student enrollment and completion of the Brainscan), but Lesson and Practice Test scores get uploaded to our systems at the end of every week.
